Quarantine Cooking: California Dagwood

I'm grateful for living in a beautiful state.

I think I've posted before that sandwiches are my favorite, and I feel like avocado and sprouts seems to be a Northern California, a foodie haven, hippie specialty. Hence, the sandwich I call the California Dagwood.
And no sandwich is complete for me unless there are also salad greens like mesclun and arugula.
And home preserved pickles.
When I'm retired, I will eat a sandwich every day for lunch.
