I love a rotisserie chicken for what you can do with its leftovers and carcass: enchiladas, tacos, burritos, dog treat or her “wet food”, curry, bone broth and a salad.
Like everyone I love a chicken Caesar salad, and for fast dinners this week, it was a delicious one. But the weekend is now upon me, and so I’m wondering what to do with the English peas in my veggie bin. A pea purée I’ve decided, but with what?
