Quarantine Cooking: Pizza Night

I feel like I've given up on baking a better pizza crust because tonight's pizza night of half Cowboy, half Chicken Bacon Artichoke was on the mini Boboli pizza crust I had left in the pantry. And I bought yet another package of two mini crusts. Aargh. However, the pizza was delicious that I didn't even photograph it before we both consumed it. Including the arugula salad I made dressed with lemon balsamic and shaved Parmesan.

I so want to be able to make a tasty homemade crust.
