Quarantine Lunch: Pita & Hummus with Feta, Lemon-Stuffed Olives, Kalamata Olives, Zhoug, and Greek Olive OIl

When it's too hot to heat something other than to toast pita and you want lunch quick, break out the homemade hummus. I use Ottolenghi's method of boiling the chick peas with baking soda to which I then puree with tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin and more salt in Old Bay.
